Package 1
Clover Consultation
This is a great option for the do it yourself property owner. Before your listing goes active I will walk the space with you and develop a comprehensive list of recommendations. You will receive a report room by room, as well as for the exterior with action items to address. You then implement the list and maximize your property potential.
Consultations cost $200. Virtual walk-throughs are available for my out of town clients at a reduced rate. Furniture and accessory packages can be purchased and shipped to your property for you to install. This option is for my local clients who need help selecting materials but prefer to save some money on the staging. Please reach out for more information on remote services.

Package 2
Gold Standard
This is the full service home staging option. We provide and install all the furniture and decor required to overhaul your selected spaces. This package is designed for vacant homes and clients who want the biggest return on the sale of their property.
Prices based on home size and needs.
This package starts with the Consultation which costs $200. Staging prices after the consultation will be determined by the scale of your project. Virtual walk-throughs are available for my out of town clients at a reduced rate. Furniture and accessory packages can be purchased and shipped to your property for you to install. This option is for my out of town clients who still want staging services. Please reach out for more information on remote services.
